More than ever in the world, personal well-being is playing an increasingly important role for both organisational and individual satisfaction and performance. With one in four people being diagnosed with stress and anxiety each year (World Health Organisation, 2018), understanding your own needs and the conditions that maximise your happiness and potential is critical.
Well-being coaching, whether focused on personal or working success, provides an opportunity for individuals learn about themselves and to discuss, rehearse and commit to actions that will ultimately lead to better future.
Well-being coaching provides clients with an opportunity to explore:
- The place they are currently in – successes and barriers
- Their vision for well-being
- Strategies for growing confidence in achieving the vision they set out
- Commitment and action
in a safe, encouraging and supportive environment. Here, clients can have the freedom to explore their own private thoughts and emotions safely and confidentially.
KP&A deliver well-being coaching across a minimum of six sessions working with individual, private clients or organisations. Coaches are qualified practitioners who are supervised and registered with ILM and ISQC. All KP&A coaches follow the ICF code of ethical practice.
