How it works
For individual 360s, we work with you to understand the outcomes you hope to achieve. In partnership with LUMUS 360, we then design and administer the 360, collating and interpreting feedback. Following the conclusion of the review, we will design a bespoke coaching/development programme for you that enables to utilise your feedback in the best way.
Our expert coaches will:
- Take you through your feedback and help you to frame the results in way that enables you to set challenging development goals for yourself
- Deliver individual coaching that allows you to reach your goals
- Review your progress against the targets you set yourself.
If you lead an organisation, we work with you to design a review process for your teams that begins with the 360. Your KP&A project lead will interpret the results and work with you to design a bespoke coaching offer for members of the team, using our organisational executive coaching model.

Identify your personality type
As an accredited MBTI® provider, KP&A can offer individual personality-style assessments online in a variety of languages and formats. Following on from individual assessments, feedback can be given in one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions or 3-hour group feedback sessions with up to 20 participants in a group.
